Ryan Gardner

Owner, Managing Partner, CEO

Ryan Gardner founded Bucked Up in 2016 and has been the managing partner and CEO ever since. Under his supervision, Bucked Up has gone from a local supplement brand to the #1 best selling pre-workout, available in over 20,000 stores worldwide.

Back in 2001, Ryan and his twin brother Jeff built a successful internet marketing company, promoting everything from supplements to biz opp to lead generation. By 2010, their affiliate network (with only 3 other employees) was earning over $25M+ annually in revenue. In 2015, they saw that social media was the future and decided to start their own social media agency. After over a decade of promoting other people's products, Ryan and Jeff realized it was finally time to put their talents to work promoting their own.

Ryan purchased the domain name DeerAntlerSpray.com in 2013. Not long after, Ray Lewis made headline news when he was accused of taking the spray before the Super Bowl. Sales exploded overnight. Sure, he was in the "Right Time...Right Place," but without Ryan's smart, hard work, he would've missed out on all that success. Shortly after the Super Bowl, he managed to get Deer Antler Spray into GNC and sold thousands of bottles a week for the next two years. Ryan, with the help of a GNC franchise owner, came up with the idea to launch a pre-workout. Despite some skepticism from family, he purchased BUCKEDUP.com for $1500 and named the first pre-workout "Bucked Up." With a great logo, flavor profile, right ingredients, and a non-proprietary blend, the company started making waves in the supplement industry and never looked back.

Jeff Gardner

Owner, Managing Partner, CXO

Jeff Gardner co-founded Bucked Up in 2016 with his twin brother, Ryan. While Ryan was working on the day-to-day operations, Jeff was making a plan to build Bucked Up into a worldwide brand.

A large part of Bucked Up's success has come from the amazing ambassadors on the team. Using his internet marketing experience, Jeff began helping these ambassadors grow their influence and reach on their social media platforms. Ambassadors started spreading the Bucked Up word like wildfire using Jeff's techniques and the product went absolutely viral. This helped propel Bucked Up into a social media sensation. Jeff had completed his goal and then some.

Where do you go from there? Some would say they had done it all and kick back and relax. Others would cave under the pressure of expectations from others. Jeff? He simply got on his horse and rode off into the sunset... only to get off of it when he got to the office because he can't stop working. #MoreMagnumOpus

Gil Cassagne

Chief Operating Officer

Gil Cassagne is a highly experienced finance professional with a successful track record of leading and managing operations for global organizations. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Gil has developed a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management. Throughout his career, he has held a range of leadership roles, including CEO for Dr. Pepper, Ready Ice, Cadbury Schweppes, Proctor & Gamble, and a variety of other positions such as CFO, Treasurer, and Vice President of Finance. Gil has a reputation for developing and leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders and co-workers. Gil is excited to take Bucked Up to the next level and be part of another great organization!

Erin Bettner

Chief Marketing Officer

Erin is an online/affiliate master with over twenty years of experience in all aspects of online customers acquisition: e-commerce, digital products, direct response, and more. Over the course of her exceptional career, she has brought in over nine digits of revenue and spent well into eight digits of performance ad buys. Prior to joining our industry domination, Erin spent 4 years working with a natural-health company. There, her expertise helped drive customer acquisition revenues well over $40 million—in only two years—with year over year revenue growth of 2,000%. Since teaming with DAS Labs in 2019, she has applied her to further strengthen our relationships with customers—thereby increasing retention. Her proficiency will propel the Buck to record-breaking heights.

Daniel Gardner

Keeping it in the family, Dan Gardner, has built an impressive career driven by his competitive spirit and natural ability to connect with people. As the youngest of eight children, Dan honed his skills through 8 years of experience in internet marketing, top door-to-door sales, and becoming one of the top 100 loan officers in the nation. Joining Bucked Up five years ago, Dan's leadership and innovative strategies have been pivotal in doubling the company's sales every year, positioning Bucked Up as a market leader in the industry.

In addition to his remarkable sales accomplishments, Dan is known for building high-performance teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. His dedication to mentoring talent has been essential in maintaining the company's momentum and continuous growth. Driven by an unyielding ambition, Dan will not be satisfied until he sees Bucked Up products in every store across the nation.
